Return and Shipping Policy

Shipping

All items are shipped using Canada Post. We offer Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-9 business days as well as Express Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 days.

Returns

For hygiene purposes, underwear and bodysuit purchases are final sale.
Our bra’s and bralettes can be exchanged for a different size, stock dependant, within 14 days of receiving your order or returned for a store credit.
Returned items must be in complete original form (unworn, unwashed, include all original garment tags/ labels).
Exchange excludes shipping cost. Buyer pays return shipping.

All local deliveries will be fulfilled and delivered to your door within 72 hours, between the hours of 10am-8pm. If any issues arise please email shop@hiddenisleintimates.com.
